1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hibjee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "hibjee") governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting services available at hibjee.biz. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the hibjee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hibjee platform and must not register an account. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the hibjee platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to engage in real-money gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in registering or using the account.

hibjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any time during ongoing account activity. Acceptable proof of age documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. If a player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by hibjee, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings generated prior to successful age verification remain subject to forfeiture if the player is subsequently found to be under the minimum age.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the hibjee platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify hibjee promptly of any changes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the hibjee platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a variant of your name, a family member's identity, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hibjee may close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets or withdrawals, and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts. Real-money deposits held across duplicate accounts will be returned to the most recently used payment method after deducting any applicable administrative fees.

hibjee reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for doing so.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your hibjee account.

hibjee will never contact you via unsolicited channels to request your password or OTP. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is considered to be your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach or compromise to hibjee. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on the hibjee platform are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional offer. hibjee supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Nagad — mobile financial service
• Rocket — mobile financial service (Dutch-Bangla Bank)
• Upay — mobile financial service

Deposits must be made using a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. hibjee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, joint accounts, or anonymous payment instruments. Any deposit received from an ineligible source will be returned to the originating payment method and the associated account may be reviewed for compliance.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your hibjee account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. hibjee is not responsible for delays attributable to mobile network conditions, payment provider processing times, or national banking system constraints. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the hibjee account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. hibjee processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay in the normal course of business.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") to the satisfaction of hibjee. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal method. hibjee reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances require it.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at the time. Once approved by hibjee, withdrawals to mobile financial services are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. hibjee is not liable for delays arising from payment provider processing constraints or mobile network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

hibjee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account holder will be informed of the review and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

hibjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Players are strongly advised to read the individual promotion terms before opting in.

General bonus terms applicable to all hibjee promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing coordinated opposing bets to exploit a promotion — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, the reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the hibjee platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the rules as published by hibjee shall prevail. hibjee reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by verifiable technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing mistakes. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

For sports betting, hibjee follows widely accepted rules for each sport and market type, including but not limited to the following:

• Cricket: matches must reach a minimum number of overs for bets to stand (as specified per market). Matches abandoned due to weather or other causes will be settled according to the result at the point of abandonment where a result is determinable, or voided otherwise.
• Football: match bets are settled on the result at 90 minutes plus injury time unless stated otherwise. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard match bets unless explicitly included in the market description.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once accepted by the platform. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a live bet.

For casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). hibjee does not interfere with game outcomes, and all Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the originating game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others).

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibjee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of outstanding bets, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, scrape data, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hibjee staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hibjee platform — including but not limited to the hibjee brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the intellectual property of hibjee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any hibjee content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hibjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — whether or not hibjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hibjee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their hibjee account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hibjee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect availability. hibjee will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

hibjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hibjee will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments, comply with legal obligations, or deliver the platform's services. All personal data is transmitted and stored using SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hibjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
